April 2018 Newsletter

Periodic Furniture Studio
What's been happening in the shop this month?
Take a look at these massive dining tables created for a client of ours, Palmerston Association. Made from some fantastic Victorian Ash, these tables become the focal point of any room they are in.
Check out the video here! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLl0R2CrSxg)

We tried out a brand new finish on these tables, Rubio Monocoat. It's a single coat oil finish from Belgium and it turned out absolutely perfect.

A Message from the Creator
Whoops! I almost forgot to send the newsletter this month, but it's not because I haven't been thinking of you guys but rather because I’ve not had time! I’ve been working on a pair of massive 3.2m long (14 seater) dining tables for a commercial client, and needless to say it’s been quite demanding.

The good news is, they are done and have been delivered to a happy client! (Unfortunately, I was in such a rush to get them into the delivery truck, I didn’t get a chance to grab any good studio photos... damn!)

While that’s been going on we’ve also been working a custom table from our ‘Stance’ range. It's for a private client in Yallingup and things are progressing nicely on that project too.

Anyway, this table isn't going to finish itself, so I better get back to work. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next month!
